The american author was born in Millville, Wisconsin
and a book cover from the 60ies lists as his hobbies:
fishing, chess, collecting stamps, harvesting roses
and writing.
He has won numerous awards for his writing which may
also come from his studies of journalism. However, it
is very difficult to find german translations as current
editions today. This is one thing he has in common with
many of the great science-fiction authors. |
