Another one of those books where the trade between worlds
takes the shape and form of the sea trade of the 16th
century and where the life on other planets is organized
similar to life on earth a few centuries back.
This sort of story is my favourite not.
Throw in the fact that a human party is stuck between
two alien factions at war and the food of the planet is
poisonous to man ...
This sort of set-up appears at least once more in one
of Anderson's short stories.
